Peach Blossoms

What an experience it was to paint these amazing blossoms while observing them in real life in a real orchard! Every time I look at this painting, I am reminded of the beauty of the central valley I had the privilege to live at for several years. Madera, situated near the Sierra mountains, was home to me and is where I enjoyed many fine people who I painted along side with in these lovely settings. We painted almonds, persimmons, pomegranates, and many other trees.
