Gentle Breeze

Gentle Breeze is second in my dunes series after I painted Sunset Dunes. The difference is that I used a very different color palette from that piece. Experimenting with color in oils, especially, is one way for me to understand how color works with each subject I paint. Painting is life long study that you can never be finished with if you want to really excel. It’s a lot like being a musician. You have to practice all the time!
