Goldie and Rainey Private Collection

Horses are difficult to paint. However, I wanted to capture in oils, our beloved Goldie and Rainey. They are painted on a huge, stretched 30×40 inch canvas and hung over our fireplace. This painting will give you some idea of my ability to find ways to create and perceive any subject. Commissions are always enjoyable but do take a considerable amount of time to do. This one took me several weeks, from concept to completion.
