The inspiration for this work of art, was inspired by warm reds and bright orange succulents covering the sands. The visual contrast of the tall palm trees against the colorful growth sitting below them, made them look so inviting. Port Hueneme beach is small and secluded most of the time. It sits on the coast of southern California in Ventura.
